The T.K. FILMIX
Mixer uses mixing blades rotating at high-speed inside a sealed container.
Here we present test data which shows that it prevents recoagulation.
The test also showed that micro particles are preserved in a stable
condition.
The following data is for metal oxide, which generally coagulates
immediately even in a submicron-particle state.

The T.K. FILMIX Mixer can process most products into the same submicron
realm. Testing showed that it can also micromize metal oxide into
submicron realm.
After being processed with T.K. FILMIX Mixer
The T.K. FILMIX Mixer offers two big advantages to customers:
1. It completes the processes after mixing faster than other mixers.
2. Large particles do not need to be removed, which helps to reduce
production losses, et.
The customer began using a T.K. FILMIX Mixer soon after the testing
