Turning and Stretching for Smaller Particles
"Prevention of Recoagulation" and "Atomization to Submicron Levels" are phrases that typify the innovative T.K. Filmix Mixer. With T.K. Filmix, it is now possible to achieve consistent distribution and greater atomization that ever before. Even more surprising, the T.K. Filmix mixing action is easy on the particles so it does not damage molecules or crystal structure yet still provides for superior distribution.

The keywords that best describe the mixing principle of T.K. Filmix is "Turning and Stretching for Smaller Particles." The diameter of the mixing paddles is almost equivalent to the diameter of the mixing tank and when the material is spun at high speeds, it forms a thin film. Acceleration from centrifugal force and gravitational pull exert significant force on the material, pushing it against the wall of the container and in a period of 1 second, it will spin a distance of 50m. This results in the two following amazing phenomena:

1.By spinning at high speed, particle surfaces become disentangled and align themselves in an orderly fashion.
Ex. Zeolite Amorphous (Amorphous Zeolite) particle dispersion

2.Fluid is extended for greater fission
Inner seal ratio (ratio of connotation.)

In other words, particles are divided and made smaller through mechanical shear force for a totally different end result. Furthermore particles are dispersed without damage to molecular structure and atomized without destruction of even needlelike crystals or phosphoric (splintery) crystals.
