Happy New Year to all of our stakeholders. Thank you for your tremendous service to our organization over the past year.

Last year we changed our accounting period and this March will mark the first fiscal year of that change. Thanks to the efforts of our many stakeholders, this very busy time will also see the largest projected increase in sales in our history. Furthermore, the Battery Device Division, PEACE, started in November of 2006 is off to a smooth start with the newly established testing center operating at full capacity. This year was also marked a significant interest in the world's top continuous type electrode slurry machine from many sectors outside of research operations, and it has started being widely utilized in manufacturing applications. We are very pleased that PRIMIX technology is being used to address global warming on a global scale as this issue has taken the forefront of people's minds around the world.

This year is the final year in the mid-term business plan, RESET. RESET represented major changes in our brand strategy and organizational strategy which has taken hold and this year, we hope that these changes will continue to solidify our core competencies into a strong, robust corporate structure. We continue to make incremental improvements in our daily management in order to further increase customer satisfaction. We look forward to you continued patronage as we move forward, striving for greater heights.
