    Our company was founded in 1927 as an industrial chrome plating factory. Later, we shifted our focus to manufacturing high-speed mixers and established Tokushu Kikakogyo Co., Ltd. In 2005, we changed our name to PRIMIX Corporation, and in 2015, we relocated our headquarters to Awaji Island. In 2020, we took a new step forward as a member of the Tsukishima Holdings Co., Ltd. group.

    For nearly 100 years, we have continuously transformed ourselves, driven by our customers’ voices, through what we call “self-mixing.” With a strong focus on advancing mixing technologies, we have built a solid track record and expertise across a wide range of industries—including life sciences such as pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, as well as batteries, semiconductors, functional materials, chemicals, and food. We offer comprehensive support, from research and development to testing, production, delivery, and after-sales maintenance. We are committed to proposing customized solutions that help our customers enhance product development, productivity, and quality.

    Looking ahead, we will continue to evolve, stay ahead of the times, and pursue innovation to achieve further miniaturization and automation in processing. Leveraging the synergies of the Tsukishima Holdings Group, we aim to respond to increasingly diverse challenges with greater flexibility and precision.

    1. The management system, including business planning, is deployed into action plans across departments, sections, and individuals as strategic priorities. All employees work together toward achieving set goals.
    2. The effectiveness of the management system is measured by tracking progress on strategic items and managing six key performance indicators.
    3. To drive process optimization across the organization, issues related to the management system are shared and improved through quality and executive meetings.
    4. Internal audits are conducted regularly to evaluate processes and ensure continuous improvement of the management system.
    5. We prioritize resolving customer issues promptly and implement our “PRIMIX Complaint Declaration” to prevent recurrence of complaints.
    6. We recognize the environmental aspects and impacts of our business activities and comply with all environmental laws, regulations, ordinances, and other requirements.
