- Founded as Toyo Chrome Co., Ltd., Japan’s first industrial chromium plating factory, in Osaka with support from Kiichiro Toyoda (founder of Toyota Motor Corporation) and cooperation from Tsutomu Furuichi (founder of Kozu Manufacturing Co., Ltd.). Operations began under the leadership of company founder, Shuji Furuichi.

- Established Yodogawa Plant in Osaka.

- Spun off Emery Fillet Division to form Toyo Emery Fillet Co., Ltd. (now Tokushu Giken Co., Ltd.).
- 1949
- To expand production and sales of the Homogenizing Mixer (researched since 1947), established Tokushu Kika Kogyo Co., Ltd. as a new company, and began as a manufacturer of high-speed mixers with the Hanaten Plant.
- 1950
- Opened Tokyo Sales Office in Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku.
- 1954
- Relocated Tokyo Sales Office to Kanda Higashi-Imagawa-cho, Chiyoda-ku.
- 1962
- Launched company newsletter “Shinkō”.
- 1964
- Minoru Furuichi appointed President. Tokyo Sales Office moved to Hamamatsucho, Minato-ku.
- 1967
- Built Mukogawa Plant in Amagasaki, Hyogo to relocate plating operations.
- 1971
- Completed new Yodogawa Plant, consolidating operations from Hanaten Plant to increase capacity and efficiency.
- 1974
- Capital increased to 801.9 million yen.
- 1975
- Opened Nagoya Office to enhance sales and service in the Tokai region.
- 1981
- Opened Saitama Plant in Kawagoe City as a technical service base for Eastern Japan.
- 1986
- Technical alliance with Sine Pump N.V.; established Sine Pump Division.
- 1990
- Opened Nagoya Branch to strengthen sales/service in Tokai region.
- 1992
- Signed contract with INTEVEP (Venezuela) for Orimulsion emulsification machines.

- ISO 9001:1994 certification (Yodogawa and Saitama plants).

- Akira Furuichi appointed President (February).

- Jun Kawasaki appointed President (May); Minoru Furuichi received the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays. Established Shanghai Fukaitokuwa Machinery Co., Ltd. (now TSUKISHIMA PRIMIX SHANGHAI Corporation).
- 2005
- Opened Seoul Office (Korea). Changed company name to PRIMIX Corporation (November 21).
- 2008
- Obtained ISO 14001:2004 certification.
- 2010
- Received Kansai Management Quality Award (FY2009); awarded Grand Prize in Osaka Monozukuri Excellent Company Awards 2010; ISO 9001:2008 company-wide certification.
- 2012
- Technical alliance with Bühler AG (Switzerland) in the lithium-ion battery field. Established PRIMIX/Yunsung Co., Ltd. in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.

- Opened Osaka Branch in Fukushima-ku, Osaka.

- Transferred Sinpump business to Watson-Marlow Co., Ltd.; moved headquarters and plant to Awaji City, Hyogo; established Eastern Japan service/maintenance base in Kawagoe, Saitama.
