    • Cost Reduction Through Continuous Production with the FILMIX (CDM Process)

      The CDM process is a continuous production technology that eliminates the need for conventional kneading. In this process, all electrode materials are fed in and premixed into a slurry, which is then supplied by a pump to maintain the designated residence time. Dispersion is completed as the slurry passes through the FILMIX. Since the CDM process does not involve solid kneading, the process is simplified, leading to reduced production time.

      We offer equipment capable of high-precision material mixing and compatibility with a wide variety of battery types, including lithium-ion batteries and all-solid-state batteries.

    • Small-Scale Test Equipment for Research on Rare Materials

      As small-scale test equipment, FILMIX units are available with processing volumes of 10 cc, 30 cc, and 90 cc, allowing experiments with even minimal quantities. The 90 cc unit can also be switched to continuous operation and can process up to 11 L/h. Conventional kneading equipment is also available for 300 ml, 1 L, and 2 L batch processing.
