From the mixing of low viscosities to the kneading of ultra-high viscosities (1000 Pa·S: 1,000,000 mPa·S), this almighty unit quickly processes a wide range of materials under various operating conditions such as a vacuum, heating and cooling.
The two symmetrically located stirrup-shaped blades rotate independently of the main shaft at approximately twice the speed. This creates a macro-mixing (planetary motion) and a localized shearing effect (independent blade rotation) which effectively removes material from the vessel wall and eliminates dead space within the vessel. The final result is a perfectly uniform mixture.
