Depending on customer needs, we offer the most suitable maintenance support, either through on-site visits or repairs conducted at our factory.<\/p>\n

    On-Site Repair<\/p>\n

    At PRIMIX, when an unexpected malfunction or failure occurs, we prioritize and identify the cause to quickly restore the equipment. The rotating parts of mixing components consist of consumable items such as bearings, oil seals, O-rings, and turbine bearings, which require regular replacement. To ensure customers can use our equipment with confidence and maintain stable production, we also recommend preventive maintenance.
    In addition, we support stable equipment operation through regular inspections, periodic maintenance, and necessary repairs or adjustments.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

    In-Factory Repair<\/p>\n

    We temporarily receive the customer\u2019s mixer and perform repairs at our well-equipped facility. In cases where advanced repair work or factory-level inspection is required, we respond swiftly and reliably to restore the machine\u2019s performance, ensuring long-term reliability.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

    Parts Ordering Support<\/p>\n

    If a failure or part defect occurs, you can order replacement parts for the affected PRIMIX product. By providing a photo of the product nameplate, we can promptly prepare a quote and arrange the required parts. Through smooth and accurate handling, we are committed to restoring your equipment as quickly as possible.
    We also recommend purchasing and appropriately storing spare parts for mixing component consumables in preparation for unexpected equipment failures.
